He was ordained after completing three years study at the formerly named Bible College of NZ (Laidlaw College Henderson) and uses this skill in his legal practice. Currently he is practicing in Waitakere, Auckland, NZ having spent a number of years working as a solicitor in NSW and Tasmania, Australia. He was the Family Party candidate for Waitakere in the NZ elections November 08, and wrote an article critical of the overall Christian response, and argues for all the Christian parties such as Kiwi and Pacifica Parties, and United Future to come together.
